Representing Concerns of Homeowners
Purdue Gardens Management Company Limited represents the concerns of our membership by engaging membership on matters involving facilities, amenities, public services, governance, etc., and in so doing, provide a collective voice for all.
We represent these concerns with all agencies and stakeholders that affect the quality of life of our members.
Engaging Membership in A Range of social Activities
We shall engage our membership in social activities and events to promote and celebrate all national festivals and holidays.
In addition we will attempt to celebrate the success of members of our community whenever we are aware of outstanding achievements. It is our desire that members continuously share stories of success and that it reaches the attention of our organization.
Supporting Home Improvement Efforts
In an effort to ensure that our community remains beautiful and safe, we shall provide support and guidelines to ensure that all home improvement work is carried out in the best way.
We will therefore information on the best process that can be used to carry out home improvement so that we can meet the requirements of all homeowners as well as ensuring compliance with all related agencies.
Keeping our Membership Informed
We shall inform and engage our membership of all that is taking place in our organization through the use of a dynamic website that will make all relevant documents available to members.
The website will also allow members to reach out to the Directors and other members through the use of the contact page.
